Project and site manager, with an engineering background and experience working on complex projects, Kate specialises in project planning, site risk management, environment, sustainability, and safety.
With 10 years' experience in major construction operating both on site and corporately, Kate brings a passion for solving problems, attention to detail and delivery of top tier project work.

Antoine Leblanc-Michel
Co-Founder // Project Manager
Site, operations, and project manager for over a decade in the entertainment and special event industry, Antoine specialises in overlay, temporary infrastructures, and utilities locally and internationally.
Past experiences range from world renowned music and arts festivals, large scale concerts, international sporting events, ceremonies, automobile racing to high end fashion shows.

Mathieu Petit
Production Coordinator - Site
With over 15 years of hands-on experience in live events, Mathieu is our on-site Swiss Army knife, coordinating operations and ensuring smooth execution in real time across In Situ’s diverse projects.
Holding a college diploma in sound engineering, Mathieu launched his career working on high-profile productions such as Les Géants, Formula 1, and Cirque du Soleil. His deep understanding of technical production and calm, solutions-focused mindset make him an invaluable presence on any site.
Mathieu excels at methodically applying procedures and understanding client needs, always ready to listen and adapt. His ability to navigate evolving project demands with clarity and speed is key to delivering successful, safe, and seamless events.
